indy City International Limited, specializes in the operation of large-scale theme restaurants in Asia. Windy City owns and operates Dan Ryan's Chicago Grill, the leading restaurant chain in the region. Currently there are three Dan Ryan's restaurants in Hong Kong; one in Taiwan; and one in Singapore.

Following the tremendous success of Dan Ryan's, Windy City launched a new concept, Amaroni's Italian-American, in December 1998 in Festival Walk, a suburban mall in Hong Kong. This concept features Italian family-style dining, serving big portions of Authentic Italian-American food. Amaroni's proved a huge success with wide acceptance in the territory. Amaroni's Taipei was opened in October 2000, and plans for other Hong Kong locations are underway.
Windy City’s strategy is to expand its restaurant operations through the development of Dan Ryan's, Amaroni's, UNION, The Met and new restaurant concepts throughout Asia Pacific.
