UNION The first, and currently only, UNION Bar & Grille opened in June 2005 in Hong Kong's busy IFC mall. UNION is an upscale casual dining concept.

Following a New York City theme, UNION was created to accommodate the needs of office and industrial workers in urban areas seeking affordable and casually elegant dining establishments within walking distance from work or home. The decor and ambience of UNION is slightly different to the other restaurants in the Company and caters to middle and upper-middle management clientele. It aims to remain a warm and inviting place for a quick meal, lunch or dinner or after-work social gathering.
